Terms of Service

Terms for the Solo Doctor clinical decision-support service, including your clinical responsibilities and how submitted information is processed.

Effective 10/26/2026

Last Updated:

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and DxCopilot ("we", "us") and govern the website and current Solo Doctor service. By using DxCopilot, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What DxCopilot Is

DxCopilot is a clinical decision-support tool for qualified medical practitioners. It may suggest differential diagnoses, investigations to consider, treatment and medication considerations, red flags or clinical warnings, and relevant clinical scores.

It supports, but does not replace, professional clinical judgment. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or incorrect. You must independently review and verify every output. Diagnosis, prescribing, treatment and other clinical decisions remain your responsibility. Do not rely on DxCopilot for emergencies or time-critical clinical decisions.

3. Who May Use It

You must be a qualified medical practitioner authorized to practice in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate account details and comply with applicable laws, regulations and professional requirements. Regulatory requirements for clinical decision-support tools may differ by jurisdiction.

4. Account Security

Keep your credentials secure, do not share your account, and notify DxCopilot promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your use of the account.

5. Patient Privacy and AI Processing

DxCopilot does not require patient identity for clinical analysis. You must not enter patient names, national IDs, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, medical-record numbers or other direct identifiers. Patient identity and direct identifiers are not intentionally sent to the AI provider; identifiers you enter in free text may still be transmitted.

The exception is Quick Prescription & Notes patient history. If you switch on Save patient history, you may record a patient’s name and sex so that their prescriptions, clinical notes and follow-up QR code are kept with their record. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any consent your jurisdiction requires, for confirming a patient’s identity before continuing from a scanned code, and for the accuracy of what you approve. Dictation is read by the AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy, and a name you dictate may be included.

Clinical information you enter, such as symptoms, history, medications and lab results, may be processed by DxCopilot and its AI service provider solely to generate the requested analysis. Ensure you have a lawful basis and any required consent. DxCopilot does not sell submitted clinical information or use it to train its own AI models. See the Privacy Policy for detailed data-processing practices.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse DxCopilot, submit unlawful content or direct identifiers, access another account, bypass security or usage limits, disrupt the service, or resell access without permission. Do not present AI suggestions as independently verified clinical conclusions.

7. Plans, Trials and Payments

Fees, allowances, trial limits, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions are those disclosed for your chosen plan before purchase, subject to applicable law. Trial expiry, exhausted allowances or nonpayment may restrict analysis. We will give reasonable notice of changes affecting an existing paid plan.

8. Service Availability

Service may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures or provider outages. Features may change. Maintain independent clinical workflows and do not depend on DxCopilot being available at a particular time.

9. Intellectual Property

DxCopilot and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and service content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your authorized professional work. You retain any rights you have in your submitted information.

10. Third-Party Services

DxCopilot uses third-party providers, including an AI service provider. Optional external services, such as WhatsApp, have their own terms and privacy policies. Provider failures may affect availability or output.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DxCopilot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DxCopilot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability arising from the service is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits exclusion.

13. Account Suspension / Termination

You may request account closure through our contact channel. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, nonpayment, security risks or legal requirements, giving notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where reasonable. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and the Last Updated date. We will provide reasonable notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after those changes take effect constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.

15. Governing Law

Governing law and jurisdiction: the laws of Pakistan. Mandatory rights and protections under applicable law remain unaffected.
